Terms and Conditions

Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from 1st Coast Limo. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless a corporate account has been established in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are inclusive of base transportation fees unless otherwise stated.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the included complimentary grace period, additional stops not included in the original booking, tolls and parking fees, and out-of-area pickups or drop-offs. These charges will be communicated prior to confirmation where possible.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any cleaning fees required as a result of passenger conduct will be charged to the booking account.

Liability

1st Coast Limo carries full commercial liability insurance. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events outside our control. We will always make every reasonable effort to fulfill your booking on time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Duval County, Florida.
